Yes! Customers are welcome to visit by appointment. We require advance notice to coordinate site access and ensure staff availability. Once your pier is reserved, you'll receive contact information for scheduling visits and on-site support.
Many people coordinate their visit with delivering gear so they can set it up themselves. We welcome you to do your own setup.
